About

I’ve worked within the NHS for most of my adult life and now as a qualified Integrative Counsellor I’m dedicated to helping people feel heard, supported, and understood. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

I believe that each person’s journey is unique, so I adapt my counselling style to your needs, which means sessions are guided by you, while I offer tools and perspectives to help you move forward.

My aim is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you discover new ways of coping, healing, and growing.

I know what it’s like to feel the heartache of trauma, grief and anxiety and find ways to become resilient and adapt to the ups and down of life.

I would like to help you with your story as you deserve a space where your thoughts and feelings matter.
